GB Solar Technologies Private Limited (“GB Solar”, “we”, or “us”), registered at Plot No. 248/249-A, GIDC Estate Makarpura, Vadodara, Gujarat – 390010, is a member of the Epoxy House Group of Industries. By accessing our website (gb.solar), requesting a quotation, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platforms and services.
GB Solar manufactures solar PV modules, including Monofacial, Bifacial, TOPCon N-Type, and Black Panels (410–610 Wp), and provides end-to-end Solar EPC services. Product specifications are subject to revision without prior notice. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only upon issuance of a written Purchase Order and formal acceptance by GB Solar.
All prices are exclusive of GST, freight, and applicable duties unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as per the agreed purchase order. GB Solar reserves the right to withhold delivery pending full payment. Delivery timelines are indicative; the Company is not liable for delays due to force majeure, logistics, or regulatory factors. Risk passes to the buyer at the point of delivery (Ex-Works, Vadodara, unless otherwise agreed). Title transfers only upon receipt of full payment.
GB Solar provides a Product Workmanship Warranty of 12 years on standard modules (15 years on TOPCon) and a Linear Performance Warranty of 30 years, subject to proper installation and maintenance. Warranties are void where damage results from improper handling, installation errors, or use outside specified conditions. All claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
GB Solar’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods or services in question. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, energy generation shortfalls, or reputational harm. Nothing herein excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence.
All content on gb.solar, including brand names, logos, product documentation, and marketing material, is the exclusive property of GB Solar Technologies Private Limited. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited. These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; unresolved disputes shall proceed to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Vadodara.
